All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are estimated as follows:
- Domestic delivery: 3–7 business days
- International delivery: 7–15 business days (if applicable)
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier delays that are beyond our control.
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Charges

Delayed or Lost Orders
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout, as all sales are final.
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages. If delivery issues arise, we recommend contacting USPS directly, though we are happy to assist with filing a claim when possible.
